Good customer service and the car was available. However, I didn't realize they automatically added the option where we just returned the car and they filled up the gas for $60, for a chevy spark. Very deceitful as I was not asked what fueling option I wanted...I wish I had a good Hertz experience for once.

Most appreciative of the two young ladies helping us with our car rental for driving through the mountains from San Jose to Phoenix. Worried about the snow we would have through the mountains, we wanted to try it anyway! Nice place if you Ned a Jeux Rental. Thanks Stephanie, and also to the other young lady!
