They are literally larcener, For a Kia Model kia forte fe the charge me $125 a day !!! I use my insurance, but they told me you have to use some extra insurance !!! Nobody explain to why I charged $125 a day with my insurance coverage for this car!!!!!

The Payless is together with AVIS and Budget. It is not so obvious to see it. When I return the car at my different destination, I return to Budget, but it immediately says I am wrong and cannot go out the budget place. I have to get the contract and spend me 30 more mins to finish it. I don't like the experience.

Never do a rent. I booked a car in Payless Las Vegas airport office. They doubled charged me after dropp off car. They are cheating people. Never do rent car from Payless. I am going to court claim. For one day rental they have charged me 467$. Terrible liar company.

Inside of the airport on the bottom level next the the rest room in the corner. .There is no shuttle. The car is located at the airport not away from the airport.
I got my car on 1st oct from Payless at San Jose airport and bought maximum liability insurance . $300 was put as hold on my card. It has not been refunded yet to my card after 7 days
