They open at 6. My flight is at 6. Can I turn my car in early and get an emailed receipt or do I have to turn it in tonight. Tried calling many times and no human answers.

I got my car on 1st oct from Payless at San Jose airport and bought maximum liability insurance . $300 was put as hold on my card. It has not been refunded yet to my card after 7 days

You can turn the car in early. They won't refund you any money but they will email you a final bill once the car is checked it. Keep record with a picture of the gas and mileage. I rent from them A LOT😁

My one experience with Payless was that they were unhelpful and didn't care. So good luck.
