Manager JOEL (or john) is such a deceptive and arrogant rude avis employee who tainted the brand! Other onsite employee Austine promised free upgrade as inconveniences of cancelling my reserv. prematurely (and she made a new reservation to make it up) but manager Joel outright denied everything and even the employee’s existence (direct lies). He does not have any sympathy or helpful attitude towards customer’s inconvenience and EXTRA CHARGE $120 and talks like he is the boss to customer and defines or defies the company policy. He kept claiming he is the RULES at HIS store. I had to use Avis because of employer insurance and they treat business rental like nothing. Please choose other rental companies or location. This Avis manager Joel does not deserve any business!

This location has a lot of really dirty cars, they don't take the effort to clean them even from the inside let alone the exterior. When I requested for a cleaner car they did nothing to help me out and offered a rag instead to clean it myself. Extremely rude and inpolite.

The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the car was in good condition. I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews Update: rented from here 4 times now, still no complaints

The car is not necessarily new, but it is quite clean. The counter staff is responsible for handling the rental car and returning the car, and other problems need to call the customer service staff. Customer service staff, um, you know, the customer service in the United States is always picked up by robots, and then after a long time, many levels are passed before they are transferred to real customer service. If you don't want to wait, just leave a phone call and ask the customer service to call back when you have time. If you are lucky enough to talk to the real customer service, then your problem will be solved quickly, Good luck to you!
