My family and I have placed many complaints regarding my 86 year old grandfather lives on the 6th floor where the elevator is a continuous issue. It goes out they take weeks to fix the parts . That’s a FIRE HAZARD especially for elderly. There is roaches in the hallways no exterminator ever comes maybe once every three months
