The room I got is great. It's clean with a big window to let the light in. The amenities are as advertised. Housekeeping? Well, I don't need the room to be cleaned or bed to be made every day, so I'm fine with the non-service. I love my stay.

Natural Hair Goes Everywhere

Hello everybody! I stayed at this hotel from Dec 2021 to June 2022 as a traveling LPN. I was grateful to had found a nice place to stay that was affordable like this hotel, but I found more than that. I found help. I didn’t know that while staying here I would endure an injury leaving me immobile for a few months. The staff is very open and helpful with me, went out of their way for me. I appreciate that to this day! The hotel is conveniently placed near restaurants, a casino, city train, and the airport, all be it, noise is not an issue. Breakfast was grab n go during my stay. Covid19 precautions in place always. The food is always good and available when scheduled. The beds are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is full minus the oven, but it was perfect for a single woman like me. The building and parking lot are well taken care of, but my only negative is that the rooms were to be cleaned weekly. There were several weeks that it was not. I finally said something once I got tired or couldn’t clean for myself. Other than that, this was a great place to stay. I wouldn’t change my experience.

This was a poor visit. From the front desk person looking at me like I just asked her for a kidney when I requested bed sheets. To the pullout bed that was so broken and unusable that I had to switch rooms. Nothing about this place is "Premier". Ants literally crawling in the beds, to clogged bathtubs! Worst extended stay hotel I've been at. Will not visit again. So happy to be home

The absolute worst experience of my life, when it comes to hospitality. Called at 5:00 pm and booked 2 nights, with a note for late check in. We drove 800 miles to this hotel. Upon arrival no one was managing the front desk. Another guest who had been waiting for over 30 minutes opened the door for us. Both waiting parties called central reservations to ask for help. No one could find a manager or employee to help us. After banging on every door in the lobby, someone finally opened a door and told us they were in their break and don’t check anyone in after this time, ever. We left and went to another hotel. I’m absolutely stunned. Really, do not book this hotel. Follow up: I phoned guest services the next morning and they provided a full refund. That is much appreciated.
