Fallon was great with our storage request. She was friendly and willing to help us with what we're looking for. The process was easy and efficient. The unit was clean and she really helped us find the correct size that met our needs. Excellent customer service, location and facility. I'd recommend this to friends and family.

First the pros: Clean place, good price, double or triple locking units. The cons: I don't go there that often, maybe once a month but every time there is some guy in a beater car right outside the entrance door to one of the multiple storage units which mine is in shooting up and a few times changing wheels on his car. How many times do you need to change wheels? Seems like once a month. I think he's just casing the place to see who has what items. I could be wrong. The front office door says masks required etc.....but they never let you in the office. All business transactions are done outside the office......unless you're a women as i've seen woman customers inside. I hate to be discriminated against because of my gender. Seems very sketchy to me. Their website hasn't worked yet. I want to go on auto pay or pay months in advance but i can never log on trying different browsers so i have to go to the office and stand outside while they take my credit card inside to facilitate the transaction. I have no proof that they had anything to do with it but my credit card had fraudulent charges and had to cancel it and get a replacement twice. Oh and i had to change my credit card on the Storquest account for payment which means i had to take it there since their website doesn't work and stand outside while they take my credit card inside to facilitate the update. I like the price and the newness but there are issues here. I have triple locks on my unit.

I came to this place because the building is new and near our house. I’m glad we picked this public storage because not only that the place is clean, Ms. Daniel made the process a breeze! She came out right away as soon as we parked the car. She explained everything how the registration process works and right away she drove us in her multi-passenger golf vehicle to show us the unit that we will be renting. When we went back to the office, she finished the registration and gave us the keys. Thanks Ms. Daniel for the excellent service!

The rental process went well. great customer service. storage unit I move into it has a little debris in it. The customer service rep did good job cleaning it. I really like the spacious unit. I really enjoyed this hidden gem. Never crowded, drive ways always clean and clear pathway. The only con I had is you have to buy rental insurance from the storage place I just wish that they had it posted up front when renting, It was $12 a month extra.
