If I could give less than one star I would the manager is a piece of work he left a girl by herself after being there for 6 days today is her 6th day and it's absolutely unacceptable to leave a new person by herself she called for help with a customer and proceeded to yell at her over speaker phone.. absolutely unacceptable behavior 😤

This store does not do smart pay. Metro is now losing a customer because I'm unable to finance a phone and I'm not driving an hour one way just to get a phone. This is ridiculous.

Very helpful sales person at the Newport Oregon location. Went in to inquire about porting over my number from a different carrier. I will go back with my son to switch our phone service to Metro by T-Mobile later this month.
