Anyone can tell you that moving is a challenging experience. However, any help in the process is an immense relief. Our experience with Tricia at Bay Area Self Storage on Stone Ave. in San Jose was very pleasant. We needed a 10x25 unit to store our things and a phone search led me to this facility. Tricia, the manager, gave me all the info I needed; she was very knowledgeable and engaging. I did my business in no time, thanks to Tricia's thoroughness. The whole place is very clean and well organized. Thank you Tricia and also Joe, her assistant.
