Where do I begin?! I’ve been meaning to review this but, barely got to it now. I’ve been going to Brian for a couple years now. Prior to finding Brian, I had a ton of hip/upper glute pain as well as tension in my upper back and shoulders. This was due to years of heavy lifting, not stretching properly, and injuries I’ve had. I’ve gone to many chiropractors but my pain seemed to always come back until I met Brian! Brian specializes in women’s health as well, during my first session he sat down, made me feel comfortable and heard me out. He’s so respectful and listens very well. Not only did he help with my pain points but he gave me herbs and advice to help with my bad PMS. After hearing my concerns he began to treat my pain points. We did a mix of cupping, needles, and Gua Sha. After a couple of sessions…. I no longer felt the excruciating pain I’ve felt for years! Now I go occasionally when I need to from soreness. In the beginning I did have to go more frequently to fix the issues I’ve been having for years. This will not be fixed over night or with one session. Area: clean, smells amazing, personal! It’s very private you get a room to yourself and it’s 1 on 1. Care: Brian takes a very holistic approach to care and health. I’m a big fan of this. **** I also recommended Brian to my boyfriend and he’s had an amazing experience as well!

Brian is skilled and intuitive and has proven to be an essential part of my recovery after injuring my ankle earlier this year. My PT noticed a significant improvement after just a couple of a acupuncture sessions with Brian - significantly decreasing inflammation and improving muscle tone/function. I highly recommend Brian @ Red Pine Acupuncture

I found Brian to be incredibly skillful and thoughtful. His suggestions about lifestyle and ways to improve your overall health outcome are incredibly powerful. The acupuncture is so good. I've been to many over the years and I found Brian to be the very best. I've referred at least 10 people to Brian with similar great outcomes. Highly recommended. Life changing experience.

Brian is awesome! He always makes great conversation and makes sure you’re comfortable. He helped me so much with my back pain, I’m so grateful for his practice!

Most people assume acupuncture will be painful, however many people feel little to no pain during the appointment. Once the needles are inserted, the patient rests for 30 min. to allow the qi to flow and the acupuncture to take affect. Many people fall asleep or feel a deep sense of relaxation during their appointment.
The initial visit can last up to an hour and a half, however a typical session is either 30 min. or 50 min. long depending on the condition that is being addressed and the techniques being used.
Yes, I use glass cups in my clinic which are much more effective than their plastic counterparts. The cups are not heated and can be adjusted accordingly so they are not uncomfortable and leave little to no markings on the patient. The typical bruising associated with cupping depends on the individual, the strength of the suction and the length of time the cups are applied. Cupping can be done gently in an effective way that leads little to no marks and is not painful.
Yes, we accept Cigna, Anthem, Aetna, BlueShield/Bluecross and United Health Care insurance.
