Can we speak to a person? I'm sick of calling in and having to be verified. I called in using the app so I wouldn't have to go through the verification BS and I was left on hold for over 11 minutes before being disconnected.

In today's world, being on hold for 11 minutes is a short time. The average hold time for businesses is now about 23 minutes. I called delta, and my wait time was 2hrs 17 minutes. This is why most businesses are starting to implement the call back option. The message goes " Rather than wait on hold, we can call you back in -- hours : minutes. Some don't even have a direct number to their customer care, you would have to send numerous emails and contact us messages. ( Uber) is a major example. My suggestion to you would be to either email them and wait for a response or call and use the cal me back option.

Don't use paypal, they dont care about you, only your money, they dont even care about your honest opinion on their customer survey, if they dont like your answers they wont even submit your customer survey. I never receive my verification code from paypal, so i cannot access my account, there is no customer service and no other way for me to get my money out. I have filed a complaint with the FTC. I strongly suggest to not use paypal for your business, because it happened to me and many others from what i can read here and on their help center, paypal does not care about their customers, they never reply and they don't bother on helping any one of their customers.
