Across the street $7 overnight/day parking or vallet
They have a parking garage (Harrison St. Garage, off of Harrison Place and Adams) for guest, parking can be validated by a sticker to put on ticket. The lot across the street is not part of the Hotel parking but can be used on the weekend. If the attendant is not there pay the over night box. It's not free

There are parking lots nearby as well. I paid $7 for the night which was right across the street. I am sure that price varies but that was a very busy weekend in Syracuse.
You pay for it in the garage of you parked there, or they add it to your bill for valet
