Beautiful historic building right downtown. Close to the medical centers, Syracuse campus, Carrier Dome, and mall. Large suite. Nice breakfast offering. Helpful staff.

Don't believe the negative reviews. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Room was great. We did bring our own coffee maker but the coffee in the lobby was good too.

Another GREAT stay at the Hotel Skyler. The staff is unbelievable. We had several things go wrong with our rooms and they went above and beyond. The location is perfect for Syracuse University, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there is a grab 'n go breakfast right now but it's great, free parking, etc. This was our 4th time staying there and will continue to do so.

My stay at the Hotel Skyler in Syracuse was excellent. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was tasty and included a range of options despite being grab-and-go, the room was spacious and quiet, and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I've stayed at the Skyler multiple times pre-pandemic and during this trip (Nov. 2021) I was pleased to see that it is just as wonderful a stay as always. Highly recommended!
