Positive: Very clean inside and able to access coffee in the lobby at all times. Negative: When I called to make reservations, I asked for an early check-in since we were going to be picked up via a shuttle and taken to Fabius for a wedding. The manager (after I got to her) stated that she was short of staff and this was not possible.

We stayed here with our two year old for the night. I had planned on hanging out and using the pool etc while her father was in meetings in the morning. Pros: Friendly front desk staff. Friendly breakfast staff. Complimentary coffee 24 hours. Right behind Chuck E. Cheese. Plenty of places to order delivery from. Decent typical continental breakfast. Clean hallways and lobby area. Pool water was warm. Cons: The pool was filthy. I didn’t go back in the morning with my daughter as planned due to finding out how gross it was the night before. Thank goodness Chuck E. Cheese was right there for a back up plan, but they don’t open until 11. The hot tub has been removed. The room was dirty. Long black hairs on the towels and floor in the bathroom (I have platinum blonde, definitely not mine) The tub would not drain, had to prop open the drain with a bar of soap. The toilet would not flush on the first try, I had to flush multiple times to get it working. There was a disgusting dirty spot on the bed that I didn’t notice until AFTER I had slept there with my baby because it was underneath the blankets. I can’t wait to get home and take a shower. Normal checkout is at 11… I requested a late checkout for noon, because that’s what time his meetings would be done. They said they could only do until 11:30 or they would charge me 50% of a normal stay rate. Seriously couldn’t do an extra half an hour for a Hilton member, or anyone for that matter? We just packed up and walked to Chuck E. Cheese with all of our luggage until he was able to come get us. Also, the ac was broken in our room and it was so muggy and uncomfortable. I’m so glad to be gone, and definitely won’t be back. I expect more cleanliness from a Hampton inn.

Best hotel experience I have had in a long time. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and given information on what amenities were available. Room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay, can't wait to return.

We were only there for one night, but it was a fantastic stay! Checking in was easy and the desk agent was very polite and the room was beautiful! The whole place was amazingly clean and I enjoyed the swivel on the television so we could watch in bed. The breakfast was delicious and there was a waffle maker! Wish we could have stayed longer, but next time we are in town, we will definitely book here!
