We had a great stay as we traveled from Toronto Canada to New York. Room was nice and clean the hot continental breakfast was a treat. My brother lost his walking cane and the staff made a diligent search until it was found. How cool is that. 👍

I'm giving this place 3 stars for one reason: the staff (Josie) was very friendly and kind. The room we were given initially was smelly, lacked towels, had broken & warped furniture, had a phone that did not work, and the noisiest air conditioner in the building. (You could hear it down the hall.) Josie came right up with an armload of towels and then allowed us to move to a different room. The second room was fine - well equipped, much cleaner and far quieter and we slept very well. Had it not been for the friendly efficiency and kindness of Josie we probably would not have stayed to see a better room.

Surprising property! Chalet vibe, basic in breakfast but the room was clean, nice smell, and the staff was very friendly. I have had many bad experiences at Comfort Inn but this one showed me there are good ones out there! I will definitely go back!

Positive: The Girl that greeted us and checked us out was very nice. The hotel beautiful and so was the room. Location and Price great. Coffee hot and ready early. Negative: My comforter had a 2 inch sized hole in it with an empty bug casing inside. Not bedbugs or roach or anything but something. I have pictures. I am kind and do not like to cause any heartache. That comforter needs to go!
