I spent three nights at this Hilton. All and all, it was a good stay. Not sure if I'd be willing to stay again, however. Pros: Very friendly staff Room was clean and up to date(minus the TV and AC unit) Amenities were good Cons: AC unit was dated and made a lot of noise. I barely slept the first night between the AC and the planes flying over head. Most Hilton's have updated AC units that are very quiet, I was surprised to see such an old unit. Internet was unbelievably slow. I couldn't even load web pages. I don't think you should have to pay an extra $6 a night for higher speeds when you're already paying so much. Minor cons: Breakfast could have been more diverse. I've been to other Hilton's and Marriott's that have significantly more items. TV was older, not HD or a smart TV. Behind the bed and couch there were a few dusty potato chips among other things. Although this is usually the case with almost any hotel no matter how expensive. They never clean behind the large furniture.

Perfectly good, clean and well located. Dedicated dog relief area with a nearby space that looked parklike to run dog. Lots of paperwork for dog but nothing unreasonable, $50 petfee for one night. Did not smell pets at all.

I used to LOVE staying here once a month with my 5 year old daughter since they have a pool and a hot tub. Not anymore after the last time! There was a pool party with guests who were drinking, kids playing and running around unsupervised, and people being let in through the emergency exit. I complained to the front desk and went to my room. I got a call an hour later from the front desk saying the staff had talked to the party people and that they were unauthorized guests and they have left. I was happy to hear that and went back down with my daughter. However, nothing much had changed! I left the next day disappointed and contacted Hilton Corporate. I am a diamond member and they decided to submit a "loyalty" case and I never heard from anyone. Corporate just told me they are not "required" to call me and only had to notify them and not he guest I called Hilton and filed a new complaint. Nobody ever followed up from anyone. Guess I will be taking my business else-where since nobody could at the very least take 2 min and call me to apologize or explain why more was not done to make sure people who are not paying to stay at the hotel were having a kids birthday party.

I don’t normally give hotels great ratings, but I think this one deserves it. The room was very clean and smelled good. The floors were built in a way where they didn’t make noise when people walked by. They had blackout curtains which only let in a little light on the sides. The staff was very nice and helpful. It felt safe here. Everything was clean and new. The hotel is in a good location and pushed back away from the main road, so it’s quiet. Overall I was happy here.

A small pool. No restaurant. But The Salt City Grill is next door, as well as Tully's a block away. Several other restaurants a short drive away.
