Basic, but clean and comfortable, this was a perfect stop off on the way to Niagara Falls. There was a gym for my son and the food in the restaurant was tasty (if a bit expensive). The staff were all really friendly and helpful and we felt like we had a decent stay. Handily placed to get back on the NY Thru Way too.

Room wasn’t available an hour after check-in time, but front desk staff was kind enough to provide free drink vouchers while we waited. Room itself was not very clean- food on the floor, it was clear they do not vacuum. The air conditioning was also extremely loud. Otherwise our stay was nice and the suite we stayed in was spacious. Beds were comfortable.

Reviews were good, so we booked for 1 night for the Syracuse Nationals. First impression was good. Room was dirty though. Sheets were crunchy. Toilet had black ring around it. Carpet was stained. My daughter found yellow pills in the sofa bed. The fridge was grimy. The restaurant was terrible. The bar tender (who advised she was just filling in until 5) had no clue what she was doing. Didn't offer to take our drink order. Didn't ask the chef questions we had asked her. Food was terrible. Old tasting. The smell of my husband's meal was enough to make us all not want to eat any of it. We didn't even get a chance to get drink refills. And we sat AT the bar. We ended up leaving.

When i call to the hotel the service was really bad , while i looking to search for my booking. Due to the reservation department policy they ask like investigate when i just want to reconfirm my booking. Well i believed the management should take some action or changes with this perhaps ? Provided guest full name, check in date it should be far enough to pull a reservation? anyhow i don't expect any feedback from this hotel and its hopeless service. Anyone who going for this hotel, god bless.
