Great last minute find! Stayed on the 10th floor in a king room with a kitchenette, room was nicely and tastefully updated. Loved the little rubber ducks lol! Great location for all the downtown life. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great place to stay super cold AC! If ever back in the area I'll definitely be staying here again!

Positive: Generous suites; full kitchen. Great location. Lovely reconditioned classic hotel. Negative: It's in the midst of a badly needed refresh. The sheer curtains in our room were in tatters, and the furnishings are looking old. I think the hotel industry calls it a "soft surfaces" refresh or something like that. It will be nicer once that's finished.

Spent a night. Pro: Location in downtown Cons: Many.... Very old hotel; Carpet in the hallway was musty and dark; Receptionist had only two key fobs for offsite parking which you had to park on your own; Only 1 small elevator for all 11 floors; It appeared that a lot of construction was going on inside the hotel; Construction of new building across the street which made it very noisy; Reception staff seemed very unhappy to work there (no smiles), Breakfast was a joke (pop-tarts, snack bars, were served, coffee tasted worst than the one served at gas station...no hot breakfast); rooms small (felt very claustrophobic), carpet in the room was worn out and separated between bedroom and living room....the pictures shown on their website seem very deceptive. Overall not at all a good experience.

Positive: Missed up my reservations. No parking available at location. Had to park 2 blocks away at an ¿overflow¿ lot. Lot was locked when I got there at 7:30 PM.
