Lines out the door EVERYTIME I go here, no exceptions. One Teller almost every time I go and 1 Teller for the Merchants, it can take up to 1 hour in line just to come to make a transaction. I went this week and was in line for 35 mins. (THAT was last for this bank). I spoke to the manager (and I was none too happy at the time) he apologized but said he would love to hire more people but has not been given the go ahead (keep in mind that 1 1/2 ago they had 6 full time Tellers and 5 full time Personal Bankers), I hardly think people have suddenly stopped going to the bank even if their income situation has changed. U still have to put ur money somewhere if it is less $$$$.... He explained that instead of coming into the bank one can bank via online, or use 2 other methods, non of these methods appeal to me, WHY AM I paying my Bank $15 a month in fees to now what, do the work of employees u USED to have??? It is observed for my bank to continue to charge me for SAVING them money that they used to pay employees who have moved on (or passed away heaven forbid). If the customer is forced to do most of the work now then we should also SEE and ENJOY less in our monthly fees. This Branch is on Roy Rogers Bl. If u can avoid going here don't go unless u have 45 mins to 1hr and 25mins....

This location sucks. Only 2 tellers on a busy Saturday. There are no bankers help with customer service issues. The tellers are unable to help with card issues. You have to call the number and wait 20minutes or more to speak to someone. 21 years as a customer and I’m fed up. I suggest not using Wells Fargo.
