Ewing park is beautiful and I walk through twice a day in the summer. Sometimes the borough is slow getting the trash but they get it eventually. Usually doesn't detract from the walk unless it's piled up after an event. Happy I am so close to enjoy it

Today was the worst day ever to have been there. While the deep end was closed there was a man swimming laps on that side and it was fine but when the adult swim came and me and my mother adults were told we couldn't do it by the same life guard that told the man he could swim also there has not been a single normal price any time my mother has gone she's a senior and they charge her whatever they chose to. So just beware going there.

Ewing Park is a delightful family park. A great children's area with swings and slides. Several picnic pavilions for groups of all sizes. Walking trails of various steepness, along a lovely creek. Summer opens a delightful swimming pool for all ages. Ample parking. The whole park is shaded by old and very tall trees.

Could be a great Park. The shelters are built beautifully. Unfortunately, we were sitting at a shelter with my 75 year old father who uses a walker and his brother. Two Ellwood City police officers come by during and occupy the shelter with us. They cast a cloud of intimidation and there was an uncomfortable silence. So my father says politely " how's it going today fellows?" The officer responds"Cambio, also the first one to open his big mouth ".😥 The officers tone was hateful, confrontational, and negative to say the least. Completely unprovoked . It left us all embarrassed and uncomfortable for my father. Mind you he is 75 years old in a walker trying to enjoy the remainder of his years at a beautiful park with his family.
