This was one of the dirtier and more unpleasant hotels I've stayed in. The hallways reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke and the room smelled even worse despite the the whole hotel being "non-smoking." The smell was so strong that I asked reception to make a note that it already smelled when I arrived so as to not be charged a fee. My clothes, even ones I never took out of my suitcase smelled of smoke for days afterward and I woke up with a sore throat; I'd never had that happen before. The shower drained so slowly and was so stained that I felt less clean after using it than before. The walls had stains and marks that looked like food remnants and there was trash in the room that made me seriously question if it had been cleaned at all before my arrival. Be aware that the windows do not open, which I only mention because I wished so badly that I could at least try to air out the room. This hotel is absurdly priced for the quality of the stay and it feels highly inappropriate to charge any kind of pet fee when the room was dirtier when I arrived than when I left (since I threw out some trash I found in the room). Despite the overall terrible review, I want to make sure to note that the young man working at the front desk was kind and helpful throughout my stay, I just knew there was not much he could do about any of the issues.

Worst hotel I’ve been to, hands down. The AC did not work, it was so hot in the rooms. There were crumbs all in the bed, stains on the carpet and floors. There were holes in the walls, and the room was not cleaned. There was still garbage in the room from the guests before. The sink was rusty, and the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down and had poor lighting. The TV barely worked and all the furniture was falling apart. The hallways smelled terrible and did not get the free breakfast we were supposed to. We were also supposed to have a coffee maker in our room, which we did not have. Also had to run the shower for almost 10minutes to get hot water. Overall, terrible experience.

Terrible rooms. No trash bins, tissues, or carpet. The carpet in the hall was stained and disgusting. The ice machine was broken. Breakfast was lame; just waffles, scrambled eggs, and cereal. There was orange juice, but no fruit or meat.

This was one of, if not the worst, experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. There wasn’t a single good thing about my experience here. One of the two beds in the room were not washed and had a horrendous smell to it. Not only were the beds unwashed but when I went to look under the bed I found old cotton candy, grapes, crumbs from chips, clothing and a baby doll that had just been pushed under the bed.There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling coupled with staines all over the shower. The fridge had a gallon of milk just left there for who knows how long. Overall an awful experience and if you’re looking for a hotel in this area stay clear from this one.
