Bath room light over mirror didn't work. Ceiling light flickered of and on. Soap was not replaced. Beds not made up. Breakfast was very poor coffee cups one day had the wrong size lids. The next day no lids. Juice cups unbelievably small. Rugs dirty. I have traveled all over the country 62 hotel stays this year and this was one of the worst sorry to say . They can do better than this.

We stay at lots of hotels due to going to car shows. The room had a huge torn hold in the curtain. The chair leg fell off when we sat on it. There was a stain on the mattrace. The room in general looked clean. The ceiling tiles in the dinning room were that yellow brown from years of smoke. Not much breakfast offerings. The halls had no heat. There was that spray smell that is horrid . But the heating unit was quiet, and in general quiet at night. The dinning room is closed for other meals, no close restaurant. Needs a

Overall, I had a great experience staying there. It’s very quiet, and away from all road noises. I have stayed many times, mainly because they have plenty parking for trucks, and it’s very easy to get in and get out. They have the best pillows, and the beds are super comfy. My only beef is there was no microwave in the room, and the ice maker was broken during my last two stays I had to go the lobby to use the microwave, and that’s unacceptable .

Beds were super comfortable! Bedding was wonderfully cozy and new! This was my most important standard. Room was clean, amenities in room were above average great to have a fridge and microwave, décor was pretty. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Rug and couch were worn. Clean but starting to look shabby. This would not affect me coming back or stop me from recommending your hotel. Great price! Likely that is in part due to the time of year.
