Dr. Eberly has done knee replacements on both knees and carpal tunnel surgery on my left arm. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. EBERLY. I have known him for several years and I am glad I chose him to do my surgeries.

I am disgusted by how I have been treated by this Doctor and his office staff. They speak politely, but they don't make any effort to provide care to their patients in a timely manner. Update 2/18/17: And it continues. I am receiving bills for an appointment that I cancelled 3 weeks in advance when I also informed Dr. Eberly and his office he was no longer my Doctor.
