I think it’s interesting that they have signs everywhere in the hotel about their commitment to a clean environment. If you wipe down your room you’ll be shocked at what is on your wipes. This hotel is usually a pretty nice hotel for the most part. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Sometimes the rooms are not very clean, it’s loud on the weekends, but it’s not the worst hotel that I’ve ever been in.

My fiance and I had our wedding there 4/23/2022, and from the day we chose them as our venue, through the planning and the day of, was nothing less than amazing. Jamie N., Jeanne-Louise, Naffisha and Doug went above and beyond to make our day memorable and fun. I would recommend this venue to anyone and would definitely go back again. The room was beautiful the food was delicious and the staff was very attentive to our guests and they are still complimentary about their experience.

This is my second time at this hotel. Both times it has been for business. Clean hotel, clean room, free breakfast was a plus. I did not take advantage of happy hour. The attendant at the front desk. Mr. Zachary I believe was a great help when I asked for a late checkout without being charged. He provided great customer service and offered me an option for a late checkout. 5-stars for him. If I ever return to CNY, I will most probably stay in the same hotel.

Positive: Hotel had great location, and rooms were spacious. Great breakfast offerings. Negative: Not once during our 3 night stay was room service provided, in addition they were out of soap? We had to keep going down to get Shower gel from the front desk. While this may seem minor, for the price they should have ample supplies on hand.
