My personal experience: I’m visiting from out of town & booked my appointment this morning. The lady that scheduled me over the phone was very helpful & kind. Upon arriving I could tell that the owners have a very nice & clean establishment & take pride in their business. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and friendly. The service I desired was a Brazilian wax. I was taken back & after about 5 mins the lady that was performing my service said she was finished. When she left the room I looked around my bikini area in shock & there was still TONS of long visible black hair that had not been touched, waxed, or removed. I opened the door to show her & she said that the hair was on my inner thigh & that the bikini area was 3 fingers out & it would be an additional charge of 15$ on top of the 55$ I was paying. I showed her that the hair I was referring to was within my 3 fingers of my bikini line. I asked to speak to a manager to express my concerns & she then yells “I’ll just remove the hair & get fired” storms back into the room & poorly TRIED to finish the job that I was paying good money for. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. After reading the reviews I wondered why I didn’t see this ladies name on any of the expressed ‘wonderful experiences’ @ this establishment. Arron/Erin was extremely rude, unprofessional, inexperienced, & sloppy. I’m 8 months pregnant & got back to the condo and I showed my mom & she agreed it was an absolutely awful job with tons of hair still clearly visible. I paid 55$ for the worst Brazilian wax in history. I have never received a service & not left a 20% tip. Today marks a first for that! I paid the 55$ & didn’t leave her another penny. This lady gave me the most awkward and uncomfortable experience. I’ve been seeing a professional esthetician for a Brazilian wax for 9 years @ wax by Andrea in Atlanta. This ain’t my first rodeo! This girl is clueless, uneducated, & definitely wasn’t fooling me with her ‘6 years experience’ my butt. The owners better reevaluate when hiring professional help bc that lady ain’t it!

From initially making my appointment for the first time getting any services, the experience was amazing. Everyone here is so nice and the environment was clean. I will definitely be back and will refer everyone here. Thanks again for such a great first time experience.

Had my appointment today! I love this location. The woman are so nice and welcoming. Even though It can be an uncomfortable situation, these ladies always make me feel 100% comfortable! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my waxing needs. Thank you wax pot st pete.

I have been going to Chelsie for almost a year. From the customer service to the wax services I receive. The care is AMAZING. They take good care of you there. I highly recommend the Wax Pot and Chelsie.
