I cannot say enough good things about Massage Studio! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the massage therapists are amazing and the environment is calming and relaxing! All the rooms are clean and the massage tables are comfortable and heated - which is sometimes hard to come by!! Their monthly membership is worth every penny!

Shady dealings - I bought a membership and scheduled monthly massages based on the level I enrolled in, but on several occasions (8 out of 14) when I was leaving I was informed I owed additional fees for an upgrade in massage. Which was confusing because I never asked for a different massage, my masseuse never told me I was getting a different massage, and the massage I received was the exact same as any other I had before. The scheme is effective because they wait to tell you when you are in a post-massage haze and they don't do it every time so that you think it was a one-off and then they spring the upgrade on you once again. Don't get me wrong, I had wonderful massages here and some incredibly talented massage therapists work here, but the underhanded billing forced me to cancel my membership. I would also highly recommend that you clean the floors in your rooms - I don't think they've been cleaned in years and they're so dirty you can see debris even in the dark and you have to scrape dirt off your feet to get on the table and again to put your shoes on after.

Enjoyed a fantastic massage with LMT Sheri on Friday. First time there as I’m from New York visiting friends. Her technique, pressure and motion format is as good as I’ve gotten. And I get a massage once a week from 3-5 different therapists back in Albany. Try her. And do tip more than their suggested rates. She’s well worth the $40 I gave. Tom

I booked a deep tissue massage and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Mare was great! She knows exactly what she is doing and I would highly recommend her to everyone. She even did a few stretches at the end that were awesome. Not to mention, the business is very clean and professional. The staff is super friendly. Look forward to getting another massage here soon.
