Room was comfortable, location was terrific, service was very good. Parking is very inadequate. Ince you get a parking spot, DO NOT move your car until check out.

Well, Marriott, we expect more when we do stay in your hotel chain. Dated, not clean, no service whatsoever. Rooms are good size but need Reno like .. yesterday. And when was the last time you managed to renew water in the swimming pool? Breakfast not worth it, parking 14 US$ in Syracuse, seriously? And bunch of "night clubs" in front of the hotel, noise all night. And yes, this is a downtown but boy was I shocked to see that side of America, what a social discrepancies... Long story short there are plenty better and way cheaper options, don't let the name trick you

Breakfast is NOT included!!?? Parking is NOT included!! It's cheaper to park down the block than in the hotel lot. The bedding is not great. The pillows smoosh down to nothing so your head is basically on the mattress, even if you're using two pillows. There isn't any kind of comforter or heavy blanket, the "blanket" is practically a sheet. 2 stars because although the hotel itself is poor, the staff was friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have stayed here twice now. Once by ourselves and once with our kids. Everyone is helpful and friendly. It's a great location! Walking distance to many great resturaunts, the Science museum and so much more.
