Yes. They have it in their brochure. You'd have to arrange that with the Park Service, however. As someone pointed out, they have 2 ferries, neither very big. But if it's a mid-small size wedding, I'm sure they'd enjoy the ride.

Not sure, but it would be problematic getting everything to the beach itself. I would go with Clearwater or st Pete beach instead
If you brought everyone over on the ferry, that's chancey if everyone could get over in one trip. Or use your own boat?
