At first I really liked the company. One garbage can for trash and one for recycle. I can use my own trash cans for lawn waste. Pick up is every Friday which is convenient. I have no problem with my yard waste and recycle being picked up but garbage pick up is inconsistent. Apparently I am the only person on my street who has their service and they enter my neighborhood through a different street completely missing my house. Usually if they forget me, they pick up the next ... but this time they were three days late. I called in regards to this and they only have the most current issue documented, NOT the other times they missed mine. The guy was rude and apparently picking up my trash three days late was not an issue. I have not even had them for a year and they forgot me 4+ times. Even with this happening he refused to refund my account 1 months worth. I thought about changing companies but the other offered company has terrible reviews.

No but you can call the office Monday and they can give you the info. The county is the one that handles hazardous materials
