Drive over the causeway to Honeymoon Island and you'll come to a booth. Pay the fee to enter the park and follow the signs to the ferry. Or you can always ask the ranger at the booth for directions though it's really easy. There's a parking lot and another booth to pay the fee for the ferry. Or you can just put Caladesi Island Ferry in your GPS and it will take you straight there :)
Exactly what others are saying. You really can't miss it, just go straight on the causeway, no turns or real intersections, once at the booth, they'll help, but it's a real quick left after you pay entrance fee.

You must enter and pay the entry fee for Honeymoon Island. You can ask at the gate or just follow the signs for where to park to catch the ferry. You must buy a ticket there for the ferry.
