How bad are the roaches? That's all i see in reviews.

Horrible!!! If I can post pictures and videos I will. Look up the reviews and dont waste your money. I have two kids that had to deal with this for a year and never had.to live with any of these issues like a broken patio where the pickets fall off. Rude staff that blames you for bugs but everyone in my building is stuck here as well and dealing with this and others in the complex. Watch out the price isn't worth it
