Prime location on Harbour Island. Rebecca was fantastic to work with while living at MAA Harbour Island. Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable and continually went out of her way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Just moved in and have to say maintenance has been great! Love everything you need is in walking distance. The biggest issue is parking, having to go across the street and go to the 4th level to the parking garage adds 10 min onto anytime you need to get your vehicle.

Just moved in and loving it so far. Fantastic area, lot's to do, beautiful grounds, doggy friendly, and much of the best of Tampa is within walking distance! Moving stinks but Brooke helped make it a breeze and she's been super attentive through the process. Great team in the office 😎👍

Have been living here since January 2022. The community is nice and well kept up. The neighbors ate quiet and pleasant. Not a lot of loud noise either. You can walk to mist things downtown and take the trolly to Ybor City. Easy access to all highways and freeways.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Most of our communities are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities catered to pets, like pet washing stations and Bark Parks. Check out community pages for pet policies or learn more by visiting our website!
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
MAA has added virtual tours and self-guided tours in addition to in person with a leasing agent in order to ensure that you feel comfortable as you tour our communities. You can choose the way you want to tour each community by making a choice on the “Tour Your Way” page.
