Poor customer service, poor organization. They will not communicate with you, and will nickel and dime you to death upon move in and move out. Even when you spend hours cleaning your apartment, do not expect to get your security deposit back.

Moved here recently. Very unsafe community. My girlfriend was pulled up on by a neighbor twice and photos taken of her two days ago and this morning I was woken up to sheriff’s at my door cause my car was broken into and my wallet and headphones were stolen. Neighbors reported through ring app that they have had their cars broken into recently and had things stolen from their porches. When we reported the stranger taking pictures of my girlfriend they told us about how another women after getting home from work late last weekend was followed around the property by a truck for 30 minutes doing laps. The solution was that I need to make sure I walk my dogs and that my girlfriend avoids doing it alone. The community gates have been open for over a month making it easy for whoever to come into the complex to do these things. Very unfortunate especially considering the amount you pay in rent here.

Dishonest process!! I went to apply for an apartment, they charge me $400 to hold the apartment for me in order to follow the process, they denied me and they don’t want to refund me the money because “they use it for expenses”, what apartment am I holding with those $400 now since the apartment is back on the market and I was denied? Ps. I got approved in the different complex for a 2 bed 2 bath down the street

My girlfriend and I moved into Valencia recently. Some key information is listed below to help anyone decide if they want to move in here and make it their rental home: The inside fixtures of the apartments are of great quality. It is exactly as you see in the picture. I would describe the units as roomy, comfortable and a flexible layout that accommodate most tastes. The leasing office staff is extremely professional: Upon our move in we were experiencing unusual noise levels from our good neighbors. The management went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. The maintenance staff are some of the most nicest people you will meet. They are on point with their work and are very personable. Amenities like lakeside walkways, the pool and dog park just brings it all home! Overall, for the price you will be paying you will get a fantastic place to live.
