Here's THE TRUTH, never in my life have I renewed a lease before. I've done it twice at Park Terrace. I want to be as transparent with you as possible. Hear me clearly. Nicey, Michelle & Xenia are a trifecta 🙏🏿 Consistent. Respectful. Empathetic. RESOURCEFUL. Understanding, just overall a nice community to be apart of. So far, so good.... I love living here been here 3 years had no complaints. Office girls r awesome very profesional, maintenance r good with work orders and very respectful.. I’m not planning to move anytime soon.

The office management is poor and pure racist, they dont want any blacks living in the complex. The swimming pool has only been open 5 times in the last 4yrs that ive been here. You cant even bbq on your patio or have a family gathering unless you are of spanish decent. Surprisingly every month mutiple money orders come up missing around rent time. Then comes the uhauls 😂

They are the absolute worst. The trash, the management, they never fix anything. Niecy and the other woman are bigots and rude and show favoritism to Spanish speaking residents. Clubhouse cannot be rented but every weekend, the spanish speaking residents are having quinceanera parties and get togethers, pool parties etc. The maintenance men are friendly. Tell me you had a different experience.
