My friend lives here, we were going to a pool day because she’s injured and her pool finally reopened after 2 years of being CLOSED. The pool guy let us in, because the front office never sends updates and emails and she didn’t know the code. The lady from the front office came out and told us the pool was closed for cleaning for the ENTIRE day. Then proceeded to accuse us of jumping the fence when my friend is in a SLING and has stitches in her foot. This complex is super unprofessional and the staff is lazy. They mentioned it’s not a law to communicate to people when things are closed. We asked to stay since the pool guy was the one to let us in and had started cleaning and she was argumentative and rude when telling us no. If you do decide to move in be prepared to be extremely inconvenienced the entre time you live there. There’s places that are professional in the area skip this dump and go where you are valued. My complex sends emails out when things happen and don’t close the pool the entire day for a cleaning.

I have lived here many years now and it has just gone down hill. Our breeze ways are so dirty not maintained. Trash piles up in the neighborhood. Our pool that we pay for as amenities in our rent has been closed for two years. We can no longer pay out rent on line. Which is a huge inconvenience since my bank hrs are the same as my working hrs. I also have to pay an additional 8$ a month to get a cashier check. It’s been like this for months now. I also came home one night late. And was locked out. It was raining and the water messed with the gate pad. All the numbers did not work. Me and another resident were trying to break in to where we pay rent. We were fortunate enough for someone to come out of the exit gate and we entered quickly. The next day I called the leasing office they told me that they were aware of the situation and multiple people have called and complained. So my response was you are intentionally locking us out of where we pay rent if you know the gate is not working and it’s messed up when it rains why would you continue to it and lock us out. I would not recommend.

The maintenance ppl act like they don’t understand nothing but even when u say in Spanish nothing is fix. Maintenance has been to my house five times no mask but got the nerve to lock the front office. New management after new management but no resolution on the issue!

Living here is pretty good.Anything that needs maintenance they're very quick with it.In office they are open to any types of questions.I cannot complain from beginning to signing up to living in there.It's been as close to home as possible and I appreciate everything that the staff and maintenance is doing to keep that.I would recommend this place to live for Anyone. It is Affordable and I'm a first-time Apartment renter.
