Elevators Never work. Smells like dog urine outside of concierge. The office never answers the phones. Owed deposits after move out, never gets sent in the correct amount. Emails are never responded back too. Please place corporate number in response. The only Perks about the element is the view. Living habits are very uncomfortable. Please don't forget to put corporate number in response. I would never live here again. Nine Fifteenth apts has been much better for me.

I first moved to Tampa in 2018 and lived at the element, great experience back then, work sent me over to St Pete Jan 2020 so I moved over there, but when I was able to come back to the Tampa side, I decided on Element and the experience has only gotten better. Great job Kelsey in helping with everything for my move back to the Tampa side, looking forward to my future at the Element!

This apartment is amazing!!! Spectacular views & every amenity you could want. Love the pool & hot tub. Location is great, close to all fun parts of downtown. Rachel & Kelsey were wonderful to work with!! A+++. Very glad we found our new apartment here.

I’ve lived here for 2 months and so far, it’s been great. Debbie, the manager, Jason and Muhid from the office are always on top of everything and never make you feel like a burden. Everyone is friendly and I love the people that live here. Our neighbors are awesome! The apartments are nice and I like the common areas. Maintenance is also really quick. They usually show up 1 hr after we have put a maintenance request. Don’t have many photos but we upgraded from carpet, to hardwood floor. Very very happy!!! My husband and I love it!!!!

1 bedroom homes are allotted 1 unreserved parking space. 2 bedroom homes are allotted 2 unreserved parking spaces. Residents may reserve designated parking spots for an additional monthly fee.
The assigned schools for our community are Rampello Downtown Partnership (K-8), and Blake High School.
Element does not have electric charge charging stations in our parking garage, but do have several located close in the downtown Tampa area.
