DISCLAIMER: I do not live here, but my friend does. I thought i'd review only what I've seen when I come over. Mariposa Apartments is easy to miss if you don't have your eyes peeled. Tucked in between MLK and Hillsborough,this quaint apartment complex sits on Habana in its own little nook. The apartments are all remodeled, clean and spacious. The neighbors were polite in passing, and mostly quiet atmosphere. Mostly Spanish and elderly.
