Leave here for over 9 years, never had any issue with my neighbors, they’re always respectful with me. The office staff always helps with any issue that you can possibly have. Maintenance work it’s done really fast. The apartments are really big inside and very comfortable, the price for the space it’s really good. They have a front gate, pool it’s always clean, and they have a gym. I’m very happy here.

I've recently moved from The Oaks @ Stone Fountain Apts. I lived there for nearly 10 yrs. I had a few issues with my apts throughout those years, mostly normal issues but some major issues as well. I've see several changes of management & maintenance workers. Some of the past property managers were not doing their jobs, but I must admit that these apts are finally turning around for the BETTER! Trust me, the new Business Manager Jolene S. is hands down doing her job & taking on YEARS of work of unorganized & unprofessional PAST management that I've personally witnessed and delt with. Last year when Jolene came in, I went to the office w/ my maintenance issues. Within days, all my minor maintenance issues were COMPLETED (issues I was trying for MONTHS to get fixed)! She even hired professional outside company's to fix my major issues, which was corrected within a reasonable time (issues I was trying for YEARS+ to get fixed)! The old maintenance workers were NOT the best, but the new maintenance worker Alonzo, is very knowledgeable of everything. He came into my apt & immediately notice what the source of my problems were. Living in an apt community can be challenging at times, but having a great team of a maintenance manager & a property manager is KEY for us residents!! If they work together, residents won't have complaits and all issues will be addressed and corrected. And I have noticed that these two, both Jolene & Alonzo, are working to make The Oaks @ Stone Fountain the apts it used to be! Jolene is sorting through and getting rid of those residents that belong. The crime activity is gone and so are the ones who were committing the crimes. These apts are no longer the hang out apts. I definitely see the potential in these apts again. It's gonna take time but it's all moving in the right direction, thanks to a property manager who want to give their residents a peace of mind & a nice place to live. I would recommend these apts to anyone looking for an afforable apt living community.

The apartments are awful, the manager Christi is very unprofessional. she gossip to tenants bout your personal life. so when I call her she's hangs up the phone on me .don't rent here, please go to town n country area oh yea forgot to mention the bed bugs infestation they have here..
