Not a pleasant experience staying here as often we have internet issues, swimming pool being renovated during summer season and not during winters. Management does not pay any attention to changing the appliances like dishwasher and fridge which have become very old until they beak down Carpets donor get replaced for years for years untill we leave the apartment. It needs to be changed after 2 years as carpet quality degrades each year

I felt to give 1 review for this community now after staying 7 years due to very very poor internet connection provided by Spectrum which is forceful to take in this community at $85 which is expensive as well. Most of the times network is very slow and connection interruption is happening frequently since last 5-6 months and no serious action has been taken and even ignored our concern. We should remove this spectrum contract immediately to make our life better otherwise I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

Give 1 star rating for two main reason only internet issue which is we are bound to use and provided by leasing company as part of the lease. Second for the maintenance company who just give excuses rather then solutions for every issue resident have and reported to them. Lately we are having more frequent internet connectivity and speed issues which reported to spectrum (service provider) as well the Leasing company in many occasions. The most common excuse for all is the society is more then 20 year old, but the rent is as per market😠. Tobe honest staying here just because I am bound for 12 month lease and it's close to my office. I will never recommend this apartment to anyone.

The service and response from the management has always been bad. Seems like they don't even care about their reputation at this point. Everyone in the community has been facing issues with internet since past few months, and there's nothing they're changing (claim it is because of a contract with Spectrum, for 3 more years). Anyone looking to get an apartment here, stay away! Really old buildings and units, almost zero maintenance, and no regards for residents' satisfaction.
