I've been living at this community for a month and I'm very happy with my choice. Lisa at the leasing office is a rockstar at her job and was able to move me in within 2 days of inquiring. The location is amazing. Walking trails right on the water. A ton of amenities, including a beautiful tennis court with lights. You feel like you're living on a resort. Not much to complain about. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is the situation with the gym. I don't understand why this isn't a free amenity offered to residents. There's nothing really special about it. It's small, old and gets crowded. This shouldn't be $35 a month. As someone who works out frequently, this is a major bummer.

UPDATE: The two things that I liked about these apartments have changed, which caused me to update my review. 1st, the price has increased over the year. We decided to move out. out of curiosity, I looked at the price that they were going to offer to whoever took over my contract. They raised the price by 50%. That is insane considering nothing has changed! At least if you up the price, up the quality as well. But the real reason that I decided to change the review is the management. Christina left and another lady replaced her. I had an issue that would have required the help of corporate, so I paid a visit to the leasing office. I talked to the lady in the leasing office, and she was super dismissive. I tried to make my case, but she cut me off 3 times while talking to tell me that my request would probably be turned down. That is something that I recognized, however, I knew that she wouldn't try to represent me to corporate. Her dismissive attitude made me feel like I was wasting her time, and that she would not try to make my case appealing to corporate. Ultimately, she didn't try to make the case to corporate, mostly because she wouldn't let me tell her how to present my specific problem. It was extremely frustrating. PREVIOUS REVIEW: We are in the one bedroom apartments and considering the location and price, they are great! On top of that, Christina in the leasing office, is super helpful and kind. If she wasn't so on the ball, we would have ended up in a different apartment complex, but her constant contact convinced us that Post Bay at Rock Point was the better option.

Great experience moving in from out of state. Christina is amazing to work with and goes above and beyond. She helped me select the right unit for my work-from-home setup and handled everything for my move-in until I arrived a few weeks later. Upon move-in, apartment was perfect (cleaned, keys/instructions ready, etc.). Beautifully kept grounds as well. 10/10.

Since we moved in we have had one issue after another. We specifically asked if the apartment we were living in was noisy because we were moving from out of town and the leasing agent said, "not at all". There is literally an outdoor concert venue across the street that shakes your walls all night long. The management is completely incompetent. The following items were broken the day we got the keys: garbage disposal, guest bedroom closet rack, the master bedroom door lock, master bedroom sink, etc... and the list goes on and on. You would think if you were paying almost $2000 a month in rent you'd at least have a responsive management team? I do not recommend moving here. Unfortunately, we have signed a 13 month lease and have been here only 2 weeks... feels like an eternity. Keep looking... this is not your home.
