Hi.Jose you can apply for our wait list at www.oaksatstonefountain.com. There is a non-refundable $50 application fee to go on the wait-list. All applicants are pre-approved by credit & criminal and upon approval applicants are placed on the wait-list in accordance to the time they applied. Our office hours are M,W 1-4:30 pm and T,Th,F 9-4:30 pm if you would like to visit to see the amenities and use our computers to apply.
