I wanted to leave the review on the outdoor service’s page but I couldn’t find it. Found out that it’s a company called Swingle that is contracted through the Grand Reserve. Since this morning all the way to 3 pm now they’ve been working on a tree removal and have chucking wood into the wood chipper between two apartment buildings. I am a graveyard shift worker, so my usual rest times are in the morning so this was a major inconvenience. Not to mention that my infant son hasn’t been able to nap all day. I noticed these workers had an empty trailer but didn’t fill it with wood. Instead they decided to wood chip on site despite being in a residential area. I would like a follow up on this issue and am requesting that any future, excessively loud operation be done offsite. I will update my review accordingly after a response.

Very horrible. They have set rules for renters that a owner dont have to follow for instance. Renters cant put a plant by there front door but owners can. Owners may have a dog. Renters cant. Its like if you rent from a private owner in here you feel like a outcast in the complex is the way they make you feel. Havent even was told how to access the pool but was told no visitors at the pool. I guess thats a Renters Rule as well.

The Grand Reserve at Tampa is a great place to live. They just redid the pool and jacuzzi. They are fixing up all the buildings and the place is really looking nice. If you're looking to rent I suggest checking up the Grand Reserve in Tampa on West Humphrey Street. The residents are nice and friendly also and the rent is a very fair price or you can purchase a condo at a very reasonable price. folks come check them out why spend twenty or thirty thousand more elsewhere. The Grand Reserve is centrally located in Tampa 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport 15 minutes from Buccaneers stadium Raymond James and also the Yankees Stadium plus 15 minutes away from Busch Gardens in Tampa.

I loved this place when I was living there for three months, I liked the landscaping and the trees although it's leaves wasn't cleaned up regularly, and I had to sweep in front of the door every day, the pool was closed from all around the only way To go in is by the reception and they are not open 24 hours! Too bad there had been a fire in the apartment above ours and we had water damaged and had to leave.
