Maintenace staff is very friendly, I see one of them every morning walking around the complex picking up trash and what not. Recently had an issue with my oven and the staff got it corrected quickly. Absolutely no complaints and you can see the work they are putting in to make the community better.

Let me come back and edit my review a bit. I’ve tried to reach out but nobody ever answers the phone. We STILL never received any communication about our application. So all in all we applied, paid the application fee, and after submitting all the information they required, we were ghosted. No one will answer my emails. I asked for our application fee back and of course they haven’t responded. DO NOT APPLY HERE. They do not care about you at all. Worst application process ever. This place will communicate with you until you click submit and then it’s radio silence. We applied for an April 1st move in date. We applied on 3/11. We were told our application would process in 2-3 business days. I have sent emails and even a voicemail to get an update but have received nothing back. I wouldn’t bother with this place. Their communication is terrible. Our lease is up next Tuesday and to leave us hanging with no kind of communication is a huge reflection on the property management staff. I wanted to give zero stars.

Made an online appointment weeks ago.For 5/28...Since it is a holiday weekend before I showed up wanted to confirm appointment. Called Monday thru Friday multiple times a day.. Not a single answer. Even left messages. No call back.... I feel sorry for the current residents, cause if I can't get through just to confirm an appointment I would hate to be them with a problem..

Move here at your own risk. - unusually large kitchen sink with zero counter space. - outdated air conditioner unit that does not produce hot air. - no washers, dryers or dishwasher in any of the Units - no bar in the closet to hang up clothes - cat and dog fecal matter all over the sidewalks - no full size appliances A sewage pipe burst outside of the unit I was renting out and my air conditioning unit sat directly above the window to the apartment, so all of that contaminated air filtered into the apartment and made me sick. I had to throw away three pairs of shoes and go to three different medical facilities to figure out why I still felt awful after the pipe burst. After several emails to the corporate office (all of which were completely ignored) little to nothing was done to fix the outdated sewage system or that old air conditioner. I now have a mountain of medial bills to pay and no peace of mind.
