Doshi and Fernando are the best. I've had several issues in my Apt, and they were all taken care of promtly. Nisheera and Doshi both gave me assistance jumping my car off at different times. These guys, and lady are the best.

I have lived here since Haley Park opened in May, 2017. In the beginning the staff was awesome. However, now is a different story. Wendover Properties management has no compassion for its residents. They lie to residents and there is a high turn over with property managers. There was a notice placed on the doors, stating the building would be opened April 26, yet notice is still on the door stating building closed. New carpet need to be placed in some apartments, it has also been observed when a resident vacate an apartment, it is not painted before new residents enter. Then in March We were told to come to the office to sign a document which would keep our rent low and was told a “notary” would be present. There was no notary present and the rent was increased! Just know that whenever you need to contact the corporate office you will not be answered with caring service. Please note this review has nothing to do with our “Awesome Maintenance Technicians “ who currently serve us. Our maintenance supervisor, Mr. Bhupendra Doshi is awesome and that can not be taken away from him. Thank you Doshi and Fernando for your commitment to us the residents! Edited: August 5, 2021

Dosing, the Maintenance Supervisor is very respectful and knowledgeable individual. His attention to details is always present. He always completes tasks in a timely manner.

On today 9/23/2020 Dolce(maintenance technician) came and expertly repaired my toilet tank ( water continuously running )and my electrical outlets which had stop working. Dolce was a blessing from heaven, finally a maintenance technician who knows what he’s doing!
