So glad we found this place. Staff is very friendly and worked with my boyfriend to get us in quick, maintenance is always fast to fulfill our request, pool and community is clean. It’s pretty quiet other than children playing. Very close to Picnic Island Park which is a fun place to take the family. And for the price I can’t complain, I’ve paid a lot more to live in worse communities. I just wish the parking was better, It’s extremely tight.

Does anyone ever work in the office? I’ve send emails to Melissa Hernandez Because she sent me info once, no replies... I’ve called the office NEVER an answer and when finally someone answers, they answered with speaker phone so there was a lot of background noise and I couldn’t hear at all so they hung up on me. I sent several emails to Melissa and no replies back. This has been really annoying because we wanted to apply.

I visited one of my friend's who lives here and there are numerous issues with community. Parking is very tight. Kids were purposefully running in front of cars and very load Spanish lady fighting with her friend on balcony. While visiting I saw kids pull fire alarm and when confronted by witness they threw a water bottle at her face. I am unsure if this neighborhood is safe. I am happy that I was only visiting and was able to leave.

They do not, 3 is the highest they go

I don't live there, but water and trash are usually included. I see nothing on the website saying that you must handle this on your own.

Out of 7 years of perfect rental history I only have 1 eviction from back during the pandemic. My question, is this place eviction friendly??

All the Apartment Complexes in the South Tampa Florida Area are raising Rent Prices to outrageous Pricing. At Lighthouse Bay the Studio Apartments run for at least $740 a month, 1 bedrooms run for over $800 a month, and 2 bedrooms run for $1000 a month. I am not sure of the exact prices but this was what I was told when I renewed my lease last time. The apartment complex raises rent $30 every time someone renewes a lease here.
