TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE PLACE! I would rather live on the streets than have to rent from this place ever again. Maintenance never actually solves your issues, instead they put bandaids over it knowing that you'll call back again for the same problem. They do not keep their word at spraying for bugs & they never answer the phones when you call as well as never even call you back. Management is horrible & they always claim they're so busy but never busy enough to threaten you with a fine if they see something on your patio that they fee shouldn't be there. AVOID THIS PLACE until they change to better management.

I’ve lived in Tampa for over nine years this is definitely by far the worst apartment of ever lived at. I wish that I could not give them a star at all they don’t even deserve the one. Sean the manager is a lying person never tells you the truth does nothing but cover his stories with lies and lies and lies. Definitely do your homework before you run from this place.

My roommate and I just moved it, the office staff was super welcoming and willing to help us in anyway. Maintenance has helped us with everything we needed, super friendly and they never fail to go above and beyond.

edit 4/6/22 to add that property sent out an email saying there is a 2 plant limit per patio and that anything to the contrary is a violation/no compliant. I have since spoken to 2 persons including a woman who is the regional property director (Toisa?) asking what part of my current lease is being violated with having more than 2 plants...i am waiting on official documentation to support this ridiculous new rule that they have pulled out of thin air. I've asked them what they expect us to do with our plants and the answer is a thinly-veiled 'we don't care'. Additionally, I was charged $100 last month because my patio chair was 'closed' and not open.One month later and I am still waiting for someone to come out here and ensure that the chair is open enough to their liking so that I can get my $100 back. -- Very disappointed to see direction that management is going in. Absolutely no incentives or concessions for those of us who have been long term residents (with no issues) to keep on being residents. Tenants who have great rental history, on time payments etc. should be valued. It seems that what this management is choosing to focus on is a constant turnaround of tenants and nickle and diming with more and more fees each year, yet no tangible change in living conditions or service. If you are new and have had a great experience so far then be grateful. It's easy to say everything is great when you've only been here 2 months vs someone who has been here 5+ years.
