Too bad negative infinity isn’t a choice. I’ve been without properly running AC since December. I’ve been buying air filters three times a month thinking that’s what the issue is. No. The issue is the horrible maintenance who doesn’t know what they’re doing. Or maybe it’s the leasing assistant property manager, Miriam Davis who stated to me, “it’s not in the budget to fix a big piece to the AC.” My AC is broken. Again. Forget about getting a call back on the maintenance emergency line. Guess what! It’s a holiday weekend. Guess I’ll just roast in here for 3 days like the sauna it is. The office doesn’t care. I’ve asked to move units. They just come and “fix” the AC enough to where it works for 5 minutes then breaks again. Again, since DECEMBER, I’ve been dealing with maintenance request submissions. Forget about doing laundry here too. There’s only 2 functioning washers. The rest don’t even have doors on them. The others leave your clothes soaked. Put a request in in April 5 months ago. No response. Imagine doing laundry on a Sunday. You have people parked outside so nobody takes their turn for the washer. This place is a joke. Please rent somewhere else. There’s a reason it’s cheap in relation to the location. It’s a joke.

If I could give this complex a -100 stars I would. I’ve never lived somewhere so awful. The leasing agents, especially Cindy, is very rude and always an attitude. There’s trash everywhere. Me and many tenants in my building moved out because they found Rats in the laundry room and didn’t tell us or take care of it. The rats proceeded to move from apartment to apartment because there were large gaps in the walls since they neve caulked/ sealed it up. In my apartment alone we found 9 rats. This place was a living nightmare. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Unless you are desperate, this place is not recommended. These apartments have inferior appliances from 20 years ago. The smell of mildew constantly seeps from the A/C vents, and the neighbors all smell it too. Most importantly, BEWARE of the water/sewer fee scam here. Not living in the apartment the last 5 weeks and the final water/sewer bill was over $50. I will say that the ladies in the front office were always kind and professional, but simply employees of this corrupt business.

Called in to notify them of my 60 days notice along with asking a question about their policies and got yelled at by Cindy. It sure is clear that they do not appreciate their tenants, especially when increasing rent from 835 to 1050 for a 450 sq ft apartment. No less a studio with appliances from the 80's, constant mold and roach issues, and a tub that was painted over to look clean. Two terrible years here, not worth the money. Spend a little more if you can and don't succumb to this place.
