Why can't you call the Fresno UPS Customer Center here in California directly, it makes no sense to me to have to call a 800 number out of state to resolve a local delivery issue ?

Because UPS is f'd up. They have been messing with my package for well over a week and the delivery date has changed 3 times. UPS stands for Un-Professional Service. I will NEVER use UPS again.!!!!!!!

UPS fresno seems to lack professional staff. They do not tell the truth or stretch the truth extremely thin and are using the current situation as a convenient excuse for their lack of service and professionalism. We have told Amazon not to use UPS for any of our orders and we order a lot from Amazon. Maybe if enough people do the same UPS head office may get the message and investigate the Fresno operations.
