I dropped off iPad Air new generation for apple warranty, they didn’t give me a receipt and I didn’t ask since I saw her scanning the order on my phone assuming I would have some kind of electronic confirmation. One week later when I called apple, they said they never received it. I go back to the UPS store and they say that I didn’t drop it off. Better yet they stole it or lost it and don’t wanna be blamed for it. Make sure you get a receipt for anything in this store and keep the receipt.

Sent a package over to the East Coast for my husband. Out of the three items I sent in the same box he only received one. So someone was helping themselves to my package. I have used the store since they opened. I will NOT be returning to use their services anymore. I hope they enjoyed stealing bracelets that are made for cremation ashes. 😡
