The service and management is even worse in 2022. A so called manager has failed to solve my problem despite my receipt showing the wrong charge... Plus they were explained to in detail how it happened.

I’ve sent 2 big packages to Washington and only one of the packages got there. The other one got lost. The one that got lost had my expensive stuff in it. UPS is not recommended.

If I could give 100 stars I would! I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I live in another state and needed my mom with slight dementia to overnight something. I called this store ahead of time to let them know she would be coming in. They were so kind and helpful when she got there, even calling me when they had a question. When I called later with my own question, they were so helpful. Keep up the good work!
